  checked through village website, yep its true for some sessions (13 bucks for larger screen sessions)
  but you need to add on booking fee of course if book from the site

    booking fees are the biggest scam. and even if you go into the cinema to avoid them they charge you an extra $1 for tickets in person rather than online.

  Do these apply to midnight screenings?

  I paid I think just over 20 a ticket for 2 at midnight, I knew it was more than it was worth but I wasn't expecting this, gotta be normal sessions only.
