  Um OP, what is a cloth insert? I thought cloth nappies were reusable and didnt have disposables of any sort?

    Cloth Nappy is reusable, but sometimes, and nappy itself comes with a pack of nappy inserts, one large one small. and sometime, you can just change the insert only, which makes more efficient.
