Guarantee is not a warranty
Consumer Guarantees (ACL) override any form of warranty, even if the item is secondhand and sold by a business.
Refurbished? Thing barely came out.

It's been like 6 months? Besides, refurb in this case means they wiped the chip crumbs off and put it in a new box.
I modded you up but I don't believe they bothered to wipe the chip crumbs off.

I got one delivered last week.
Its in pretty good nick.The controller grip has a bit of scuffs on it and the screen has one very very light scratch in the corner(cant see it at all with the screen protector)
Otherwise, everything you would expect from a second hand console. Maybe I was the unlucky one who got a scratch on their screen, but it doesnt matter that much to me.

Hardly any savings. Why would anyone actually bother with this when they can just pay the extra $30+ and get a brand new one?
