"MUST CLOSE 14 OCTOBER – NO FURTHER EXTENSION POSSIBLE"

Nobody will be asking for extensions, either.

If anybody is wondering, the performance is excellent.

It’s like a cross between the original Pygmalion and the musical with Hepburn and Harrison. So it’s a mix of caustic language and attitudes from the original with familiar songs of the musical.

I didnt have high expectations going in. Was pleasantly surprised and entertained going out.

    • Not sure why someone downvoted you- but i countered it.

Was looking forward to this and glad to read your review :)

      • Enjoy.

  • It is a fabulous show, so much so I went back and saw it again.
First time, Eliza was played by Anna O'Byrne who won Best Female Actor for a musical in the Helpmann Awards 2017, for her role in this show. And second time, by Elisa Colla, who was just as good.

Charles Edwards, who featured in Downton Abbey, (the role in which, in my opinion, did not quite showcase his acting ability), turned out to be a great stage actor in this show.
