I wonder if that is because 99% of their eBay customers don't have to deal with them in person.
Purchased from them for $200+ items 3 times, and haven't had an issue.
One of them was also DOA, and a replacement was quickly organised within 4 business days.
As others have said, they're pretty good from personal experience. Also they once oversold XBL Gold cards on a deal on here (by a lot), but rectified the issue by buying cards from other distributors and taking losses themselves - something you don't see a lot.
Speaking from own own SMB experience … I've now purchased many times from them inc items in the $2k to $3k price range and not had an issue. Everything I have asked for has been received. Whereas other more 'reputable' etailers have tried to pull dodgy tactics (sell ex-demo as new). W1 have been faultless so far. To date their product has come drop shipped from the likes of Ingram Micro etc.
i've bought 6 items from warehouse 1 ranging from micro servers through to to wireless routers and never a problem …..
but there is always that person that ordered an 8gb micro usb card and it took a week to arrive and they will be vocal …. you need to look at the number of items shipped vs neg feedback and see it as a % …. and if people don't leave any feedback , probably got their stuff and moved on in life , it doesn't even rank in their feedback .
I've bought from them a few times. Usually no issues. One time the courier lost a package and I had to get ebay to give me a refund.
I still buy from them though. Us professionals don't hold grudges.
