Anything that totals more than $1 per Duracell/Energizer/Eveready Gold AA cell isn't that great of a deal - supermarket specials below that price aren't hard to come by.

    The lithium batteries sell for $15-20 in stores for a 4 pack.
    
    You will never buy them for $1 for each cell.
