Just found this on Tony Roma's website. I was a big fans when i was at uni (got 50% discount via uni membership)
PS - Ribs are the only good things on this restaurant IMO

Terms and Conditions:
1. “All You Can Eat Portion” consists of three riblets (each with 3 to 4 bones) with a choice of either rice or French fries.
Once you’ve consumed everything on your plate, you can ask for more ribs. Every replenishment consists of a riblet.
There will be no more replenishment of riblets two hours from the time the guest is seated. Promotion is valid for lunch and dinner from 11:30am to 8:30pm.
Strictly no sharing is allowed. This offer applies to everyone in the group once someone
orders our “All You Can Eat Portion”.Up to a maximum of 4 persons per table is allowed to enjoy this promotion.

A lot of conditions to this. I understand that its to protect their ass but really, it makes people going there feel like they're begging for food and not the customers.
$2.50 for any meat left on the bone? Really? Are they going to count through all your food and bill you extra for leaving food? Wow! Even if i were in Sydney and this was free i dont think i would take it up!
