      I'd recommend the McCain Red Box Plated Meals 320g - I assume these are the microwaveable ones so you don't have to cook.

      Or, if you're really short on time, the SPC Baked Beans or Spaghetti 4x220g - a bit icky if eaten cold, but hey, instant food in a can!
