Slightly off topic, but I received a $20 eBay voucher with a minimum $30 spend when I opened a new eBay account last Friday (I had to buy another item during the 15% sitewide deal and had already used it once on my main account).
I've set up a few alt accounts with ebay and they all received either $20 off or $20% off (Max $50 disc), which had been great. I'm surprised this hasn't been ozbargained yet, but I'm sure ebay wouldn't be too happy about it.

No body pays listing fees anyway. It's the final value fee that cuts you like a knife.

I got an email from ebay that said no final value fees or listing fees - for 10 items. I only got this email for my spare ebay account.
