Microsoft has announced July's Games with Gold, which from next week will commence with Grow Up on Xbox One, telling the story of little robot BUD in a "wibbly wobbly fun adventure". On Xbox 360, Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days will be providing an entirely antithetical experience.
If you've yet to play the second chapter in the misanthrope duo's criminal story, then you'll be able to grab it for free and play it on both Xbox One and Xbox 360 in all its violent shaky cam glory, thanks to backward compatibility. LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean rounds out the Xbox 360 Games with Gold love.
Then, on Xbox One, there's Runbow, a fast-paced party game that makes use of an interesting colout mechanic. Boasting support for up to nine players, Runbow features platforming races both locally and online, with obstacles appearing and disappearing as the game's coloured backgrounds change. Modes include Arena, King of the Hill, ColourMaster, and The Bowhemoth.
Check out July's Games with Gold line-up below, and don't forget to snap up June's offerings while you still can.
