A legal way to catch up on previous seasons (1-6) of Game of Thrones for those of you who are satellite/cable subscribers of Foxtel without the drama pack.

Here is the main text from the e-mail I received:

    The problem with Foxtel is that they are still at the dark age of SD. You have to pay more for HD. Foxtel, we are in 2017 and not 1997 and HD should be standard.

      They stream at 720p which is HD.

      What they should do is stream at Full HD at 1080p. I dont think they have content for 4K at the moment though.

      i get it for free with my internet otherwise i'd never pay for it. but for free i can't complain. …to think people pay for it though is disgusting it's just repeats. the only benefit is recording and live tv

      I pay for $40 for sports/iQ box for my grandad since he can't use the internet. Never had it before that and I wont have it after.

      Same. Got lucky and got my foxtel including sports for $25 per month, don't even watch any other foxtel channels except sport

          Hahaha wasn't aggressive at all, wasn't even talking to the cancellation guys. Was just looking to renew my plan without foxtel and asked about 20 different people on Telstra's chat until someone (accidentally) offered the best deal :) always happens eventually

    Steal our FTA shows and want to get paid for it monthly among tons of crap I don't even want to see, just to save me ad time on the few things I would watch, no thanks, never.
    People don't realise what they're actually paying for, it's only no ads and maybe to binge a series, without them stealing away rights from FTA we'd get most of the shows anyway.

    Regular Foxtel wasn't worth it, even this on demand option isn't, instead of trying to rip me off with show packs you would force me to buy just so I can get the one I actually want, that's crap, give me good pricing for a specific series or sport and I might consider it, till then there's better things to do in life that are free, no ads either.
    Only good value around for me ATM is Netflix.
    I'll boycott any provider that steals my shows or sports off FTA, I'm sure there's plenty other viewers doing this and foxtel are clearly feeling the pinch and rightly so.

    I have it for sports and the occasional documentary wouldn't pay extra for these kind of packs. For the cost of a slab of beer a month I'll keep paying for it until a better option comes around.

      I did cancel Foxtel just before Xmas and tried FTA for a few months. It was horrible….. So much low quality crap programs and nauseating adverts.

    Go to Anytime, and it says "This content is not part of your current package".
