Contacted Fitbit directly http://help.fitbit.com/?cu=1. I chose the chat option (guess they are available after 10:30PM (AEST). They took me through trouble shooting steps, when everything failed they asked me to fill a form. I chose black color, have to wait for 4 weeks.

Got my Fitbit plum large yesterday. Battery was completely flat, charged the battery to full but got discharged within in 5 hrs. Had a chat with Fitbit, they have agreed to send a replacement. Guess many of us will have the same battery issue as Telstra is clearing 2year old stocks.
