Researchers have discovered that chocolate produces some of the same reactions in the brain as the herb. The researchers also discovered other similarities between the two but can't remember what they are.

iHerb is awesome - I buy from them every month: definitely recommend them.

For some reason, though, I get their discount/sale emails in Russian - so my 10% off code is SummerRU - in case anyone from Russia is reading this 😀

      thank you comrade

    • For Mother Russia!

Any good herb to recommend? So far I have the stinging nettle which a lot of people have recommended.

  • How long does this promotion code go for?

  • Also, 5% off new App purchases (Apple & Android apps).

    CODE: APPS2017

    Unsure if stackable.

    • +5

      5% referral & 10% SummerAU stack.

      APPS2017 is actually $5 off (not 5%).

Does using DHL as the shipping method incur customs fees?

Any experiences from anyone who has ordered using the DHL shipping option.

    • I have never had to pay any custom fees when using DHL. I usually just go the free shipping route with Auspost these days and I have zero complaints.

I've placed dozens of orders using DHL (I could count them, but… it would have to be a minimum of 40) and I've never had to pay customs - I think that's only if you spend $1,000 kind of thing - I can't guarantee this, my most expensive order is probably $200-ish). Like pikapika, I generally use their Auspost option, these days - saves me around $10 and only takes a couple of days more (I'm in Sydney, usually takes around a week from ordering to arrival).

      • Thanks guys, will stick to Aus post then.

      • My oders come from Australia - assumedly parcels shipped together in container and then sent out from here. Many do that and it speeds it up.

    • I tried to get the 10% but by the fime I finished my very large order, it had lapsed.

Anyway, due to weight and value , I had to choose between DHL and the USPS.

I chose DHL for $2.50. Ordered 21st June and arrived 27th June. Plenty of notice it was being delivered yesterday - did not track at all..

      No fees either.

However, there is supposed to be fees for every international parcel starting next month. However, no one knows how it is working yet.

Anyway, that is why my order was large.

      • the deal also expired on me but i chatted to them and they adjusted my order with 10% off anyway.
always worth a quick chat, just tell em the time differences muddled you up…
was also $2.70 for DHL to post to NZ, go it in 3 days, crazy fast

        • Thanks .., I will remember next time. 10% was showing at beginning and obviously lapsed while adding items.

  • mmmm quest hero bars.

  • great I actually used apps2017 for a larger discount as it didn't stack with the summer code. (small purchase)

  • Cheers for that I had heaps of stuff in my cart..

  • +2

Not the kind of herb I was looking for….

  • There is $5 off with this code (iherbau5) that seems to stack. Seemed to already be applied on checkout when I went to my cart, not sure if this is just for first purchases?

  • Anyone getting free shipping on over 40USD spend? I find I'm still getting charged a shipping fee.

    • I am actually getting free shipping on $42 aud which is approx $32 usd.Don't know if it has anything to do with weight,my order only weighs 1.5kg.

      • +1

I got free shipping at $24… no idea how it works really. Arrived quickly in a 'large' box at least 20 times the size of the small item. First time user and they seem like a good business to deal with.

  • Oooh expired already, I just put in my order. Thanks for the deal, originally got the 10% discount and then read about the extra 5% and had to cancel and reorder.
