I've tried 3 jerky stores from ozbargain and so far have only been impressed with geronimo…
Price was good, bags were small, spices were good, hard and chewy.
Others were soft like I'm eating a blob of fat.Havn't tried Jim's yet

it's ok, but it's a bit too soft for me, i like hard and chewy like Zeral.
was a bit dissapointed - still have a bunch left.I've gone off Jim's Jerky after ordering their Ultimate Mix pack a few months ago. Everything in it was soft, tasteless and in some cases gross it was a complete waste of $30.
If you like biltong and drywors try The Biltong Man's stuff which was just on sale in Aldi, beautiful couldn't get enough of the drywors.
