I was in my local The Reject Shop today (metro WA) and saw they have the latest wave of Star Wars black series 6-inch figures (Darth Revan; Sabine; Princess Leia; Oldie-Wan Kenobi; Snowtrooper; AT-AT Driver) which I still haven't seen in any other retailer.
Best of all they're $15 each, RRP is $35-40.
Armadale WA. Have also seen a report of Reject Shops in Vic having stock.
You know you have hit rock bottom when in the Reject Shop. In Armadale (the Mt Druitt of WA). Buying Star Wars toys that are not for your kid.
It is only up from here!

Sorry mate this was known about in the communities tuesday and the damn resellers struck all over, you are lucky to see any of the shelfwarmer (extremely common) black series figures left.
Revan and Sabine are already on gumtree and ebay for $100 each now. In SA some ****tard hit every store from munnopara to noarlunga and bought EVERY crate of them and bragged to the staff about making $1k off each crate….
Staff were none to happy.
Well I only found out today, hence posting it here. I was ridiculously excited to find Revan - in fact the store had all of them except for the AT-AT Driver.
you got extremely lucky, Star wars and sci fi trades adelaide, star wars trading post got flooded with people looking for them, some nice people in vic helped others out, while everyone else has been whacking them up for massive profits.

I see these bottom feeding scalpers are still alive and well, glad I got out of this hobby a long time ago.
chances are, these are the same scalpers from yesteryears, probably still living in their mum's garage.
But idiots are buying them.
yeah, too many weak minded fools. Personally, I am already supporting these scalpers (indirectly) through the dole, no way I would give them any more of my money.
and judging from the negs, looks like some of these scalpers on ozbargain too, seriously you guys, get a job (and a girlfriend).

only have one property which I am living in, so no negative gearing for me. Also, I am SINK earning (slightly) above average income so I will get SFA in terms of tax payer support, so if anything, I would most likely be supporting other people's negative gearing/dole/child care/private school education.
as for properties speculators, I definitely have no love for them either (and blame our government for opening the flood gate to overseas "investors"), OTOH I have the utmost respect for people who worked hard and made sacrifices along the way to save for a deposit and pay off their mortgage, but they seem to be a minority these days.

while I do my best to stick to my principle of only buying what I need when it comes to property, but at the rate things are going, unless I have an investment property or two to supplement my income, I will most likely be surviving on instant noodles when I retired…….. hopefully I won't be eating my words one day :)

I went to the Gawler & Munno Para stores today and not only did they not have any of the Black series figures but not even any space for them to be so those two stores probably didn't get any in. The girl at the Gawler store said whatever SW figures were there is all they've got.

do they come in straight case now? ie only one type of figure in each box?
back in the old days when I was still into it, they used to come in mixed cases, usually two or four "hot" ones, with the rest (10 or 12?) being figures from previous release (usually ones no body wants), so they would be hard pressed to make $1k per case (or maybe the black series is a completely different ball game?)

None at the Gawler, SA store however I did get a cool red big man size Millennium Falcon T-shirt on special for $10 :)
these are TFA figs, theres millions of fin's sitting around.
