I was surfing through Ovi Store on my phone last night and found that Nokia OVI Store was offering SimCity Metropolis as a free download — not just a trial. Their site still has it at $2.99, but try it from your phones. =)

It's showing up as $2.00 for me on the phone and $4.00 on the website using the link that you provided.
Also, the website says that the game is not available for the E71 (which was in your link) and it's not available for my 5800 either.
There are 2 versions showing on my 5800

Free for me (N97 Mini) but was $4 for E71.
I installed it on my E17 last night for free…don't know why the results are coming up all different for people. =S
