Councils around the country are replacing annual hard rubbish collections with on demand services. IMHO Un-Australian!!!!!
YES this - and when you call them up to collect it - they are very picky on what they take because they are contracted 3rd parties.
20c, worth to collect them!!

Saw someone earlier this evening buy 30 of them. My kid saw so ended up getting her a couple to put shopkins in.
Northbridge store had tins (lots) and books (not many) available for 20c each last night.
I'd wait until the next hard rubbish collection and get them free
