      • Thank you.. will be purchasing one

  • Does TorGuard work in China?

    • Yes, TorGuard offers Stealth VPN tunnel options that are verified working behind China's GFW.

  • I just bought the 2 year subscription. how do you cancel the service?, just in case in the future. i tried google, but not helpful. can it only be cancelled on their help desk??

    • You can cancel anytime within the members area, or submit a ticket and we will process the cancellation.

  • Pathetic speeds. Without VPN I get ~22Mbps & 27ms ping, with the VPN less than 1 Mbps & > 50ms ping, It gets worse if I select an overseas server. Will be cancelling now..

  • Hi Rep, when I tried to get 50% off the dedicated IP, online chat said it was not included, but offered one for $4.99. The code 1984 does not work for Dedicated IP?

    • The promo code does apply to dedicated IP's and other add-on features.

      • Thx, I got the deal after the online consultant checked with his team leader. Also just received the router posted from the US.

  • Hi OP, do you still have the router in stock?

    • Yes, the free router promo is still valid.

  • Very happy with TorGuard since 2014.
Not perfect but the most effective support team, always with technical knowledge and very helpful.
I currently use a dedicated IP and I can watch Netflix US without issues.
I would like to add a UK dedicated IP to my account but I couldn't use the code (The promotion code you entered has been applied to your cart but no items qualify for the discount yet - please check the promotion terms).
I've just renewed my subscription for another 12 months, and I am interested in the VPN router offer as well. Happy to extend my subscription.

    I am submitting a ticket about that… ;)

As we discuss products and services here, that might be a bit off-topic but I should add that at times I try different VPN services, and I've recently used the 30-day money back guarantee from NordVPN and ExpressVPN, and I'd like to share my experience. I had to change the settings on my dd-wrt router a couple of times in order to keep ExpressVPN working for Netflix US. Some servers will work for Netflix on the computer but I wanted settings for my router to be accessible on my network, including my smart TV, and that didn't work. ExpressVPN support was "OK" trying to help, and they refunded my money without any issues.
My experience with NordVPN was pretty bad. I set the recommended servers for Netflix US on my router, the Netflix access was intermittent. Amazon Prime was never accessible, and I was always recognised as being outside of the US. The support asked me to perform additional tests, send screenshots and I only got my money back after 5 or 6 emails, and in the last ones, I was threatening to expose their dishonesty about the "30-day money back guarantee" and using legal arguments, which is horrible but apparently was the reason why I finally got my money back. *I didn't use dedicated IP for NordVPN or ExpressVPN (they say that it is not required).
I've also trialled smart DNS services. Unlock-US is amazing for computers (the idea of just switching countries for Netflix is amazing), but currently doesn't work for Netflix on TV. SmartDNSproxy was working until last year but after the war started by Netflix it stopped working. I think more recently that started working again, but restricted to US and still unstable. Not the same thing as a VPN anyway.
    Cheers.

UPDATE: all sorted out in less than 1h after contacting the support :)

  • I'm after a VPN, but also want to use BitTorrent, is this possible with just their VPN, or do I need to ADD proxy price on top off VPN price or a service ADD-ON?

I.e Do I need to pay extra on $20/3 mths or $30/6 mths (USD - Before discount).
Looking at 3 or 6 month.

Or is there another Software/proxy to use P2P (free?)?
    Still after a VPN thro.

I'm new to VPN's, and sadly missed that free deal (Windscribe).

Hope to get a fast response, ready to buy.

    T.I.A
