Big fan of these mousepads for a small/low cost, yet high quality and slick cloth mousepad.
Quality IMO is better than SteelSeries QcK, nearly on par with the Roccat Taito
When it was $7 I bought a couple for friends and myself as a Lanning/take around mousemat.
At $2 its a steal (for the quality).
Might still be worth it if your comparison is a Steelseries QcK..i think they normally go for around $13? I have both, I find the epic gear one much better

Can't comment on the G240 sorry, if I see one in the shop i will compare.
The standard of measure I use is against the Steelseries QcK (standard benchmark) and the roccat taito (which was the best mat surface i found in 2014). Its miles ahead of the QcK for the same price.
Picked up a couple of these, sooo much better than any standard mousepad I've used previously. Gonna grab a few more for friends and colleagues at work if still available. Thanks OP.
