Was looking was a good SSD deal and found that centrecom is on sale. cheapest other one on staticice was $205 so I submit to all of you for your oz bargaining consideration.

Sale Supposedly ends tomorrow for instore so get on it if you need a ssd!

just read that the online orders can be set to click and collect until 7am on the 29th

    It's not about being lazy. Not every one lives in Victoria, or any where near one of the Centrecom stores. So that very much makes it impossible to do a pickup. That's why we do postage.

    There is a shortage, and quite a few HDD factories have shut down to be retooled to make SSDs; making prices on both technologies quite high at present.

    Expect SSD prices to drop - timeframe I can only guess 6-18 months.

  This is funny but I bought the exact model from MSY 3 weeks ago when I was needed one (didn't check if it was the best price as I really needed one) and MSY was a safe bet & just looking at my receipt it was $195 but now on their latest price list its gone up to $209?

  Had no idea pricing for SSDs fluctuate that much

    SSD pricing relies on flash memory production and there has been a great shortage of it. Can't keep up with demand.

    That's why ssd deals are getting kinda rare this year.
