Essentially a deal being compared to a deal in a local area vs a deal that isnt available outside isn't suitable fora negative vote.
The comment is fine, just attaching a negative to that is reflecting the deals personal effect on you. By using a negative vote you can hide this opportunity from another who cant get teh same as you… thats a little unfair.
