2.4KG for $34.95 doesn't seem that good considering the expiry date.

Wish they would bring back strawberry ripe.

OMG Strawberry Ripes were nasty!. My local Woolies couldn't clear them for $0.40 lol

$43 (inc shipping) for 48 bars. Thats 89cents a bar.

Coles/Woolies frequently have cadbury/nestle/mars branded bars for 99cents (or less) every second week or so these days.

    • Exactly… if your only saving 10 cents it's not really worth it. Also I would probably eat them all in a week anyway… lol. Still good spot..

  • would need to be cheaper for me to be keen!

  • Not at all a bargain. Better of waiting for the regular 99c specials. Who needs so many anyway?

    • Commander Keen up there would if it was a bit cheaper. I don't blame him, but if it expires 14th November, that's asking for diabetus! I guess it would come in handy for Halloween, kids around our area have a sweet deal going for their supplies.

Nah no bargain. As has already been mentioned, expiring in a week or so, + a bit less than $1 a bar is not worth it. If it was like the other Kinder Bueno bargain that was posted here, which was about $10 for 30 the second time round (and even cheaper the first time round, despite having the same expiry dates) then that would definitely be decent.

expiring in a week or so

?? Didn't know it was November already ??

      • -1

Sorry my bad. Didn't actually look at the website for details. Just looked at price + product + COTD and assumed they had the same expiry as they had last time for Kinder Buenos. It was about 1.5 weeks from the date purchased (second deal, not first). First deal was the one with the huge outrage about how those who got 6 and 12 all ended up getting 30, despite those purchasing 12 paying more.

I don't think the price saving per bar justifies spending $43 on chocolates, especially since they expire in November. I'd rather buy 1 bar per week over 48 weeks and enjoy them rather than scoffing down 48 by November and blowing $43 in one go.

  • wot a crap price

  • I m glad they listed the expiry date at least for a change, keep it up.

  • Just a heads up, Global Brands Direct in Parramatta Westfield have been selling them for $0.50ea.
I cant even count how many I've purchased over the past few weeks - I may be one of the few that enjoys them :P

What the hell? That is not a bargain at all..

Cost price or close it out would be a bargain.. and i am sure these are probably only 35cents or so at cost.
