Different stores give different amounts of points per dollar you spend, ranging between 20 and 5 points per $1 you spend.
5.2.1 says each reward point can be used towards 1 cent of a Rivers gift voucher. This means you earn 5 to 20 cents per $1 spent.
You can't cash in points till after you earn 10,000 points though, which means you'll have to spend between $500 and $2,000 first.
But if you were shopping there and weren't getting points, then hopefully you'll get yourself a good gift voucher given some time.
