  • Title should read 20% off.

    • Cheers updated.

      • Thank you.

I went to the one of these in West End, Brisbane a month ago. It was awesome. I'd recommend going as a maximum group of 4 people.

  • They are also present on Red Balloon, https://www.redballoon.com.au/search?q=escape%20room
so when RedBalloon has 2 for 1 experiences or other promos, you can sometimes get it a bit cheaper, but would have to wait for a sale.

The Secret Service mission room is good, quite creative. The other rooms are not bad, but I did not like as much. They have a big turnover, don’t seem to take care of stuff well. Lots of small niggles – torches running out of batteries, whiteboard markers running out of ink, laminated clues creased from repeated use they are hard to read. Padlocks bent out of shape. They employ students/backpackers to run their rooms, you can tell they are following a script, and monitoring three rooms at once, sometimes they take a long time to respond if you use the walkie talkie, or they don’t know the room well enough to understand your question, and it is frustrating. Places where the staff themselves are escape room fans are so noticeably different (although, yes, often noticeably more expensive)

They are not bad, but I would definitely only go with a discount, or talk you work into taking you, they are clearly targeting a corporate market.

Not worth its own post, but there is also a coupon code on this blog for Art Heist

If you’re an escape room tragic, this blog is pretty good. His reviews are pretty spot on. Although I really loved Shutdown, and he really did not.

  • I've been to a number of escape rooms and I can safely say that Escape hunt is a joke. Their illogical puzzles and high prices will insult your intellect.

I'd recommend ct adventures which is also on sale right now (at scoopon I believe) and strike's exitus rooms are always good value.

If for some God forsaken reason you still want to go to escape hunt then at least try to get a 2 for 1 from entertainment book.
