Shopping Square has shown OzBargain that they can't be trusted. Much safer to go with a $449 iPhone SE 32GB from Telstra (or via JB Hi Fi) and get it unlocked for free - that way you have a full Australian warranty that can be accessed through Telstra or Apple directly.

With all these issues with Shopping Square, and OP not resolving them, In my opinion Shopping Square should be BANNED from posting on OzBargain.
I've had friends purchased from them too, nothing but disappointment from Shopping Square themselves.
