10% off all canon gear.. also stacks with existing 30% off any canon lens or speedlight offer.
The 500/4 is looking mighty tempting at $9.3k :)

You register your purchase with Canon Australia via their website, give them your bank details, and several weeks later they drop some money back into your account.
Geez I only have to buy a camera to get 30% off a lens :/
So, 30% off that lowest price? So that 500 f/4 would be $6569.57? That's too good to be true..
LOL, how about Canon EF 600mm f/4L IS II, 30% off, too?
Found the T&C's on Canon's page
"Claim 30% off any Canon lens or speedlite (up to a max claim of $1,000) when you purchase it together with any Canon DSLR/Mirrorless body or kit. Purchase between 13 April - 12 May 2017. Claim by 29 May 2017. Products must be purchased through the Canon Australia online store or Canon Australia's authorised retailers."
Bummer :)
Digidirect is an authorised dealer. Aren't they?
Sure are, the catch is the max $1000, although still a GREAT deal. Would be awesome if it wasn't limited to $1000 though :)
Just got a canon 70-200. I will get a cash back of $700. Not bad at all.
Just bought a Canon M5 + 18-105mm for $1709.10 (Ted's best price match was $1825) and a Canon 100-400 L II for $2410.20 (Ted's best price match was $2695), so overall over $400 less than Ted's best price "match", and I will get another $723 off on cashback, bringing the 100-400 L II down to $1687 from the usual price of around $2750, so almost $1100 off. Not bad.
I swear this whole camera gig almost borders on collusion. No one wants to offer you a discount on anything, unless you can get a price match from a competitor. So why bother price matching if they only just match a competitors price. May as well go with the one offering the discount in the first place.
Ted's "price matching" is a bit of a joke. They claim to only drop to the point where they are going to lose money, which is complete BS - I highly doubt that DigiDirect would sell the camera and lenses I mentioned above for over $400 less than Ted's minimum (before losing money) price - I have no doubt they are still making money on the deal.
Ted's "lowest" price for the 100-400 L II is only $4 lower than the currently listed price on the Canon website.
Just got to wait until they get the big lens in Brisbane, and then pick-up time.
@Andy01 Absolute bargain on your 100-400 L II, sadly I already have enough bodies to play with, otherwise would have pulled the trigger, too.
Yeah, I couldn't resist. I will keep the M5, and sell the M3 that I bought of an eBay 20% off deal + $200 cashback + 10% TRS refund last June.
How does the cashback work? I've never done it before.
