Not interested in this particular deal but I'd say there's a reasonable argument that if it's a good deal it should be posted even before being an active deal because if it's decent people here will jump on it once they know about it and make it active. You don't lose anything if it doesn't become active. If a good deal isn't posted here it might not become active due to interested people not knowing about it.
