Not sure if this is a mistake on their website but Officeworks are offering a 8GB Ipod Nano Gen3 for only $244.00 (RRP is 279.00). Looks like it only for the silver coloured model (the black one is still $279.00). Look up product number AP8NANG3SL in the search field on the website.
Must be a mistake.. better buy before they notice it. Too bad I just bought a 4GB last month :(

Apple direct store in HK sells for 1,550.00 HKD (=221.939 AUD as per XE.com)
plus 10% GST = $244!! OfficeWorks is as cheap as Hong Kong!! (Going there in October so won't be buying any more electronics for now…)

Well last time there was a deal posted on Ozbargain from Officeworks (the 2TB Western Digital external HD), it was definitely a mistake! So probably is. The fact that HK gets it cheaper doesn't mean much as based on the Ipod currency index, HK is the cheapest place to buy ipods on the planet.
