Spotted in-store Wollongong Central. Suspect price will become active over night. Guy said they had just put the sign up.
Hopefully the larger screen sizes will also get a haircut.

I'd be interested in their answer regarding price guarantee. If they do offer it, I think I'll buy it.
So went back this afternoon and they honoured the new price, got my $200 back.
Feels so good to be a "Professional".
Thanks HN, And an even bigger thanks to OP for bringing this to my attention.
Where did you bring it to?
I am very tempted to buy this from JB-HiFI due to having a lot gift cards I need to use up but the "Delivery in 5 days" is frustrating & I have no way to pick it up either. Hmmm…
Back of a car/hatch. Short drive is no issues lying down screen up.
Do not have access to a car but I live close to a store & so may try Airtasker it for $25.
ha, was going to suggest airtasker, then I read down. I'm contemplating the same.
Currently receiving a lot of interest for $35 pickup/delivery. Love AT
Tempting - but to go from my 50" to 55" not worth it.
Will hold off for a 65"
Just bought one from job hifi for $895. Am picking up today evening, as they said free delivery would be next week.
Regards
Is there any place to buy jb hifi discounted egift cards instantly?
Agl rewards says upto 5 business days for delivery even for egift cards.
is it worth going 65" for $1495?
I have a 46" TV now from my old place and we moved to a new home with a deeper living room, 46" is a bit small, just not sure 55" is good enough.
The depth of the living room is 5.5m, from sofa to TV.
I would say at that distance 65" or bigger would be the better choice.
Where is the 7000 series 65 for $1495. Would be interested at that price.
hardly normal has this price, it should be one of the lowest at the moment.
They have the series 3 for $1495, or do you have to go in store and haggle a bit?
sorry my bad, it is not the 7000 model…
Bought Hardly Normal free Delivery as 59 inch Sammy has Just started to Play up
Hey, guys. I am thinking of buying a 45- to 55-inch tv. Should I wait until the financial year sale? May? June? Please advise.
This is an amazing bargain.
Buy now.
F65k me bought this last week at HN for 1095.
They have a price guarantee. Should go back to HN and get a refund of the difference.
Thanks mate. heading in now :)
I bought it on the weekend from HN for $1050.
Went there today and they gave us $155 back.
Good stuff.
@Phalaxis: Yep I got my 200 refund :) took a bit of effort due to staff incompetency, lack of support and the fact I paid with paypal. But we got there in the end, after about an hour in the shop. Well worth the wait in the end.
@Keef: Nice one.
@Keef:
Rest assured that it made Gerry bleed some where.
Hell of a price for a great TV!
funny how this awesome tv is so cheap but soniq wanted so much more for a bigger crappier tv……..
Got one for$850 after haggling
I just paid full price… The force is strong with this one ;)
Me too :(
Bought it for $831
Thanks Op
How did you guys negotiate with them ? True ozbargainers, I just bought one from jb for 895 …. as local HN didnt have any stock.
Used 7.5% off gift card.
Already ready for pick up email within 5 min of placing order.
I'm such an indecisive bugger..its crippling. Bought 900 worth of JB gift cards for 5% off now can't decide between the series 3, series 7 and the need vs want dilemma.
Well, if you didn't buy one it is too late, prices have all gone up now.
got the 70" version for $1996. Can vouch for the quality of of the 7 series
where did u get this price?
Bought it during the 20% Good guys eBay sales ~3 weeks ago
Think I grabbed the last one in the HN City Cross store in Adelaide, gets delivered Tuesday
Damn.. Really want this, but am holding out for a cheaper price on the 65" M7000.
Am I missing something, or is the 65" M7000 no longer listed on the JB site????
I would be careful with the Hisense Series 7.
The new models are coming out soon (with new more expensive pricing as well) so there's a chance once they sell out of the Series 7 in store, there will be no more.
That's why I bought the 55' (even though I was waiting for the 65') because the value for money was too good to pass up, and I couldn't risk not getting this Series TV given the bang for buck.
Snared one for a total price of $795 or thereabouts. Negotiated $50 bucks off plus paid with gift cards i purchased earlier on in day for 7.5% off. Bought at Brighton, Vic for those thinking about buying nearby before close.
Heads up jp hi have sent out 5% discount unique codes :) makes this $853
Does anyone have a spare 5% discount code?
Yes please. How were they sent?
Got a voucher. But now I see the price has gone up and I didn't even get the difference refunded!!!!!! But I did speak to the manager yesterday so I should be fine. I hope.
Got one for mum and set it up tonight. Good TV. Negs = the OS is slow and laggy, remote is cheap looking, epg could be a bit nicer. Pros outweigh the cons. Good bang for buck.
Anyone know how good this tv is a computer monitor?
Got my refund and the extra 5%. Just over $850. Wow!
Hooked it up last night. Wow!
Still optimising, but what picture settings are others using?
I've found a JBHI store which still has one of these (Hisense 55M7000UWG 55" LED TV) and
they're willing to honor the $898 offer. Can I get some feedback from anyone on this thread as to whether it's still worth going for? Also they're saying it has to be delivered for $40 unless I can take the panel away upright or it voids the waranty. Is that right? Thanks!
Yes well worth it. Garbage it cant be layed down for shortish trip.
Been using this for 2 months now. Excellent and would highly recommend.
Brought one on saturday. Very happy with it has a pretty good picture, so no complaints there.
If using the inbuilt EPG, it can be a little slow. However, if you use the Freeview plus add-on its much quicker.
Fast to run Netflix no annoying things so far.
I just rang HN, will call me back if eligible for price guarantee? I would hope so.
