  Just a big thumbs up for Officeworks. Had a problem with my Toshiba portable drive over the weekend, several months shy from 3 yrs. Walked in and explained it to the lady, lady scanned it and gave me a new one. All done in several mins.

      Same here,. I've also got a WD portable that's still going strong. But I assumed the WD also comes with 3 years.
