    BUYER BEWARE! GEARBEST ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER….and chances are you may not!
    i have waited 60 days for an order that still hasnt arrived and now i am being asked to pay twice - an extra 50% to resend the order through no fault of my own…this was my first order as well so i have no faith in this company at all. very scammy approach….some of the worst customer service ive recieved.

      and we have confirmed they are all shipped via China post surface mail.

          Hate to break it but without insurance then it is your fault. You were given the option of purchasing it and chose not to. Just because you've never had to pay for it before does this change anything. Parcels get lost. This is why when you post stuff insurance is offered.

          it is also bullshit that they are incredibly inconsistent in terms of customer service and reliability & shipping..i can see why they have been banned from posting 'deals' on ozbargain in the past and in my opinion that ban should be reinstated

      The Note is 5.5" whereas the 4G is 5". Most likely other things as well!

    I would not buy anything from Gearbest any more after they failed to honor their 1 year warranty for replacing my Chuwi Hi8 8 inch tablet.

    They asked me to pay about US$70 for having a replacement shipped to me.
