      For that I'm assuming there's real world results of wearing other smart watches in other countries, and yes, their respective gangs have punked kids for their bling.

    I can comment that after 17 years of widespread use of GSM phones, utilising longer wavelengths of radiation than infra-red, therefore totally the other side of the visible wave-bands we are bathed in from ionising 'radiation', epidemiological studies have found shown no signs of the cancers and health effects forecasted in hysterical raves promulgated by the semi-educated and picked up by the concerned.
    I'd expect it to have far less effect than the occasional exposure of their wrists to the outpouring of a massive nuclear fusion event a mere 9 light-minutes away, and even less than the danger of mind-rot from listening to people who would sell them `crystals' or filters that, if they did what they claimed, would signal such efficacy by stopping phones working.
    That said, given the price for this, I'd be getting children a real one.
