    Seems like your SSL certificate expired in November last year so I can't checkout.

    Also exactly what does carton damage mean (W1090)? Is the projector itself damaged in any way or is it just some ripped cardboard?

      Thanks - not sure about the SSL certificate - I will advise the office guys tomorrow!

      Usually just some ripped or squashed carboard.

      The projector as a carton damaged is unharmed and the box is usually unopened. Only when we open the box and power it up do we call it a refurbished and not "as new"

          You can bypass a date invalid SSL check if you trust it. I probably would in this case. The connection is still encrypted.

      Generally speaking no - but it depends on what the refurbishment was for.

      Most projectors we sell out only have 1 - 20 hours anyway so in most cases a new globe is not warranted!
