The traditional ones at Strike get some pretty mixed reviews. The ones powered by Cubescape get better reviews.

I went to Shutdown in Moore Park, and it was great. Very high tech, lights, smoke, very cool. Nice page of stats about how fast you solved things printed out afterwards. The booking is for 20 - 30 mins before they let you in the room, they sit you at a table with a few puzzles and ask you 5 times if you want to order any drinks, then let you in. But despite the staff the room was great. Their hint system was built into the room in a unique way that meant you do not need to interact with staff via walkie talkie, or use QR codes, hints came another way and it was very clever.
