Anyone actually drink this? I need decent cognac for cooking… but I'm not the kind who thinks you use crap for cooking. I don't drink but I love the taste of fine fermented liquids… but this seems kinda … youthful.

Do you specifically need Cognac (which is effectively a region-specific Brandy) for its specific grape distillate profile? This is not straight cognac, it's a liqueur with, among other things, cognac in it. You cannot substitute Alize in any recipe that calls for cognac (brandy)
