However I'm just wondering if this stock will be old enough (before June 2009) to be jtaggable. If anyone finds out please let us know the manufacturing date.
You mean 'aren't jtaggable models'. The cutoff is June 2009 so most Jaspers aren't. I still have a few left, but I'm holding on to them for a while for insane profit later on ;)
These are most likely not Jtagable.
They come with the newer version of Lips,and are not boxed up like the earlier deal.The only reason the earlier deals consoles were Jtagable was because they were leftovers from last years toy sale.

both mine aren't jtaggable and both bought in the last month or so
i'd say it's arguable, jasper models usually are jtaggable models, and it's hard to check unless you look for the serial number / lot number on the box.
not sure of the cutoff dates for the jasper 'arcade' models though.
