yeah need to do balance transfer. also there is a fee to do that.
oh miss the golden time with citibank and their 24months BT free cheque to self.. with credit limit $40k it was feel like winning lottoreminds me, need to check lotto ticket, I could be a millionaire :D
great deal, thx for posting
Is this alternative to 28 degree one ?
Just discovered today that 28 degree actually charges $0.95 for paying monthly statements using BPay which is just ridiculous since no any other bank does that.
It seems if you get the Platinum Breeze card, all foreign transaction fees will be waived.
the platinum zero mastercard is better imo as there's no annual fee.
Agreed in the new addition of $0.95 charge. Gonna look into that Zero Platinum MasterCard and close off 28 Degrees.
Seems like deceptive marketing to offer 21 months interest free but charge you a 2% fee for it.
its common practice….
fee is for administrations..
once transferred, there is no interest each month except you need to pay minimum 2-3% that goes toward capitals.
St George has a way better deal than this.
18 months interest free, 6 months on purchases, no annual fee and 0% balance transfer feehttps://www.stgeorge.com.au/personal/credit-cards/no-annual-…
Edited - wrong link
there's lots of deals around.. if you see something new post it as a new deal. Some people might already have a 0% deal with St George and have to transfer away. Although St George were good to me, I did 4 or 5 in a row :-)
Agree, the St George deal should be posted as a new deal. I was going to get the Bankwest card until I saw this comment about the St George card and got that instead. Thanks Dano33.
The way I read it, the balance transfer is interest free, not the card purchases.
