The content this Installs is DRM Free.
If you borrow the second GOTY Disc from a friend/rent it from a video store/7 Day return it with EB/Game/Etc, you can install it to your hdd and it will always work, no need to sign into Live or anything. If you want to go a step further you can copy it onto a usb drive/xbox 360 memory card from a friends console to play on yours. Works for a lot of games with Disc based installs :)
