Went to my local Bilo at Pacific Paradise (Qld) and was given a voucher at the door which gave me $10 off if I spent $100. Not sure if this is everywhere but I just rang my Bilo store and they said it was advertised in the paper so should be for other stores too.
Sorry they only gave me one and I used it as I was doing my shopping!

They are being phased out, but do still exist.
My local coles (Altona Gate) has a copy of the herald sun ad attached to the front entrance.

Chadstone Store has the discount pre-printed on every counter…no voucher needed.
FYI: Visited Coles in SA today, no vouchers in store or discount at the checkout.
Recieved this discount today, you didn't need the voucher. Each register had a copy to scan.
I think it's a pretty good offer considering you buy groceries anyway and includes all the items already on special.
