Pizza at the cellar door is amazing but definitely not as good as it use to be and more expensive.
the smashed potatoes at the cellar door use to be the best but also went down hill.

its Fizannte style (lightly bubbly) I find it unpleasant. Its either wine or sparkling wine/champagne there should be no in between IMO

It is well past its best, but will serve as a decent cooking wine.
Like sauvignon blanc, wines made with the gris/grigio grape are best consumed within 1-2 years; this is why you often see what are apparently unbelievably good deals on these wines.
Now a decent chardonnay or riesling will go much longer than this…
