    Confirmed, it works for existing members too. I had to close and restart the app for the credit to show up.

        Restarted (after completely closing) the App 3 times, still no credit, then logged out and in again and closed again, still nothing.

        Existing member with 1.27 coins

        Does it need to be connected with a FitBit to get the coins? The email wasn't clear enough…

        Also, for me, the app doesn't work on WiFi - had to disable Wifi to sign in, annoying (nothing wrong with internet or any other app connectivity on my phone when on WiFi either).

        I don't have a Fitbit, I didn't have to link it. Maybe just confirm you have the right membership number.

        And no idea about the wifi, sounds like a bug.

        Actually I don't think the membership number would even matter since I only have one account and others have confirmed here, that it has worked for new and existing accounts, just not mine… yet

        nismo experiencing exact same things, not working on wifi & existing member not seeing additional coins. Have deleted and re-downloaded from link above and relogged in, still nada.

        Maybe because we already get "$5 Off your next salad" when signing up in the past?

        Yeah that sounds familiar but must have been a long time ago, funny thing is though, they sent me an email about this offer - if I didn't qualify they shouldn't have sent the email, otherwise something else is wrong.

  Yep, confirmed, nothing. This must only be if you've used your $5 credit already or you're new in which case it's pointless because you get it anyway.

  The benefit of this is that you don't need to buy some salad to get a card any more (most stores were making you do this).

  Attempted to use the app at Tea Tree Plaza store and the order didn't go through via the app. Seems like the app was released before they got the system properly up and running.

  Finally got the bonus $5 credit even though I have a bonus $5 from a few years back. So it looks like Sum Salad is offering the bonus $5 credit, it just may take some time to come through.

  Anyone else the same?

  Maybe there is a hack o get free $10. Such as a normal registration to Sumo Society for $5 bonus, plus $5 with the app.
