They've got no tech specs on the site, and I'm waiting on a reply from their sales team.

out of curiosity, what is the big difference that you were worried about?
@Kkuba: 2nd gen upgrade to iOS4 give you no multitasking, however all 3rd gen ipod touch, you pretty much get full advantage of the iOS4 features.
Possibly dumping stock before September/October release of 4G?
