First time post.
I have used Cyberghost for the previous two years and can vouch for their service. I have had no issues connecting or using, and not being a techie person, I can say Cyberghost has been ideal and simple enough for me.
If you are looking for a VPN, I would recommend. I immediately cancel the subscription when signing up and wait each year for a deal to pop up to renew. I also use Paypal as added protection when paying.

They have an extremely good reputation.
I got their 1yr subscription from the lifehacks humblebundle and have not had an issue nor a complaint.there's not way to tell what they actually keep. (But anyoen who claims not to keep any logs is lying & thus I would avoid them).
Here's a guide to choosing a VPN provider

https://thatoneprivacysite.net/vpn-comparison-chart/Cyberghost mostly gets green, especially for logging. Although there's no info on logging DNS requests.
have they worked around accessing netflix US yet?
i used this vpn a yr ago, was WAY slower than PIA
Can anyone comment on their logging policy? They state they don't keep logs, but so does every VPN provider, and some of them have been proven as liars…
