I got two sets of these on the original post - very good phones - displays are a tiny bit hard to read but I have now got 6 phones on one line and with only two of us in the house I can do a general page and my partner just picks up the nearest phone (obviously works in the opposite direction too :)) Obviously we can also answer the line anywhere in the house
Note that these phones have a headset plug which is a nice bonus on a basic phone. Also each handset has an excellent hands free function which is very handy at the computer or when you are on a waiting queue for some company.
Range is also very good - anywhere on our property or even across the road if you want to go wandering :)

I bought 2 of these last time they were offered. I was so happy with my first set, I ordered another a couple of days later.
The second set had a single phone that was damaged (a broken battery holder - a manufacturing fault). Simple fix I thought. I'd send the broken phone (of 3 - the base station and other handsets worked fine) back and they'd fix it, at worse I'd have to send the whole set back and they'd send a replacement.
Not so.
Well - there is no warranty. None. At least, no one actually does anything when you end up with faulty merchandise. The warranty paper in the box is worthless.
I rang the "Australian Doro Hotline" listed in the manual. It goes to voice mail. I leave a message. No response after 5 days! I call again. And again, straight to voice mail and no response. I left a couple of more messages, same result.
I emailed Graysonline who said contact Doro. I replied that Doro won't answer their phones or return my calls. Grays didn't reply.
6 days later, tired of waiting, I emailed Grays again demanding a refund. No reply. A couple of days later I got a computer generated email confirmation of a refund, and the actual money in my account several days after that.
The whole thing took almost a month to sort out.
When it works, the product is a bargain. But if you get a dud, expect to have to fight tooth and nail to get a refund.

I bought one few month ago…lucky my one works…if there refund and exchange are like what you said, it's very doggy!
Same exact thing happened to me, my first set I received came with a faulty handset - basically earpiece wasn't working, so you can talk but you can't hear.
I rang the Australian Doro Hotline numerous times and it always goes to voice mail as well. I didn't even bother contacting Graysonline because I knew it would be such a hassle. So now I'm stuck with only 2 handsets and 3 base stations..
Sucks, but I deal with it! Wouldn't ever buy from them again though.
Graysonline was good few years back.Prompt replies, refund if there is a genuine claim, courier pick up for returning faulty items etc. Not any more Now a greedy bunch, increased premium from 10-12 now 15%. No standards, no CS. Better keep away from them.
Yep, I cancelled my email subscription with them.
There were too many bad experiences being written about them online.
Can someone confirm that this device works with call waiting? I couldn't find it in the manuals. Thanks

Buyer beware!
I bought a STB from Grays and it arrived DOA. Took it back and we went through the entire remaining batch find to a good one, but they were all the same. They hadn't checked any of them for validity. Grays are potentially less reliable than eBay with no feedback system to guide you.
