wait what? no it's not downclocked at all. the 3gb version is slower, the difference between the full size 6gb 1060 and an ITX version is nothing but the physical card.
i assumed he was comparing to non itx versions like other gigabyte models which are all clocked higher so youll definitely lose a few fps
no there is no performance difference.
some of the full size cards are factory overclocked a little higher - but as far this ITX version goes, it's still clocked higher than the reference 1060 6gb
