  I ordered a pair of glasses from them mearly 2 months ago.. each week i keep getting an email updating me that the glasses are delayed and will be another 5-9 working days.. not sure i'll ever receive them to be honest.. I have spoken to their customer service via email, but noone can tell me when they are coming for sure. Their website still states they are currently instock too. Grrrr

    I've been ordering the same $300+ (bulk) order of contact lenses 2-3 times a year from them for the past 3 years and have generally got it within a few weeks each time. Once I did have to chase them up and they sent me some (free) sample packs of my prescription to keep me going until the order was processed. Maybe just unlucky?

  I ordered 4 boxes of contacts from them last time and they only sent me 2 boxes and I had to take pics of the delivery box to prove I only had two because the box was so small it only fit two boxes of contacts. Also, they don't honor their cash rewards. Forget about this site…hopeless.
