I'm on NBN FTTP and they are making me wait since 17/11. I revieved modem more than a week ago, calling them they just tell you to wait. Very bad service so far.

FTTP shouldn't take more than 1 day

Got the $1 modem on 23/11. Still waiting for a FTTP connection… was on hold with their support for 30 mins then just gave up. Surely it shouldn't be taking this long?

Signed up on 5/12 and still waiting on modem delivery. Called their support number and had to wait for >30 mins! Contemplating if I should cancel and just got with TPG instead…
