I find the butane gas bottle ones work much stronger, If you want to blast like they do in sushi joints.
Go to a korea grocer, They sell the attachment to the butane cans for about $17 and they pack a real punch but unfortunately, the control isn't that sensitive if you want a light flame which it can do but isn't great.
