  • I'm getting "Sorry you cannot redeem this code at this time" via Mobile App. Any ideas? Is it targeted? (It's a Missy Moo Burger deal in Perth!)

    • Confirm it works when you buy just one voucher.

      • Yeah it's in the terms, only valid for one

        Valid 1 per customer and cannot be used with another discount promo. The discount will be applied to one single voucher and not the basket amount. Maximum discount amount is $50.

  • Doesn't seem to work for me. All my payment methods say "The payment could not be processed, please check the payment details and try again!" or "sorry gift code is not applicable to the purchase at this moment in time" or "404 Error" this happens for both the app and the site

    I am officially no longer interested in any promotion Groupon has. The last a few purchases of goods and service were terrible! Missing parts, unreachable merchant, etc. All Groupon cares is to get deals for them to charge commission. There is little to no after sale service. Their customers reps kept saying sorry for what happened and would investigate the issue. A week later, I got an email notifying the refund. But what has happened? What's the outcome of the so called investigation? How can Groupon keep having those merchants who are not honest or treat Groupon customers not as normal paid customers?
    I won't buy anything from Groupon again unless they start doing some Quality Assurance.
