I signed up for SMS Fun ages ago. I can't remember whether you need to reply by sms or anything, but just thought I'd say this site is legit.
If you were asking about whether the deal itself was legit, then I wouldn't know but I think it should be alright. I have seen them come up with these kinds of promotions from time to time, but never used them myself really.
For vodafone I'd prefer to go to saveway, I can get 10% off over the counter…
